In 1987 Park Honda built a Honda automotive dealership in Akron, Ohio. Tel-Com Systems of Ohio was awarded the bid for the dealership telephone system. Based on their performance Tel-Com was awarded the contract to install the telephone system when Park Acura was built in 1989 in West Akron. In 1997 Park Acura re-located to a brand new building adjacent to Park Honda at which time Tel-Com upgraded the existing phone system to service both dealerships. IT was necessary to move the phone equipment from the Honday facility to Acura's new facility, not an easy task. In addition to upgrading the phone system they served as liaison with the phone company to coordinate the phone line transfers and installation. When Park Honda's new building was opened in 2--3, Tel-Com once again was responsible for our telephone needs. We have also purchased a voicemail system and paging system from Tel-Com which have proved to be wise decisions. In addition to providing phones they have run wire for computers, fax machines, and anything else we asked of them. Throughout the years we have been very pleased with the service and support provided by Tel-Com systems of Ohio.
